    Help identifying these powder drops

If this isnt allowed, please delete I had a couple boxes from an auction I attended a while back, that I hadnt unpacked until yesterday. I think these both are powder drops. The one on the left with a black body - the stem on the left side is threaded so looks to be able to accurately measure and drop the same charge. The other one had 2 bodies, both made from aluminum. Looks like the body's are interchangeable but I don't know how you can measure/adjust a charge. The middle picture has a drop tube and clamp that will fit either sets of power drops. Anyone recognize the makes or model and can point me to someplace I can learn more about these. I also found a Harrells Precision Power Drop for measuring charges from 2-25 grains. It doesn't look like any of this has ever been used!! Thanks in advance for any help.

They look like parts to Harrell’s powder measures, but seem to be missing some parts.
